**About the role:

**We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Executive Assistant to join the Forter team and work closely with our CTO and SVP BizDev. This is a full-time role based in our Israel office, with an expectation to work from the office 4 days a week.

What you'll be doing:

• Make sure our executives are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there, by proactively managing their busy calendars (and occasionally helping other team members too).
• Build detailed daily itineraries that keep everything running smoothly - and adapt quickly when plans change.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, events, and travel arrangements, anticipating needs and double-checking every detail to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Handle sensitive matters with absolute professionalism and discretion.
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, connecting with stakeholders at all levels with confidence and warmth.
• Build and maintain strong external relationships, always representing Forter with the highest level of professionalism.
• Support company-wide and team events - from booking catering to organizing all-hands meetings, happy hours, and cultural activities.
• Be the go-to person for building operations, liaising with management and submitting work orders as needed.

What you'll need:

• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced tech company.
• A natural problem solver with a “figure it out” mindset.
• The ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
• Strong project management skills - this is key to succeeding in the role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• A passion for providing excellent service, learning new things, collaborating across teams, and seeing projects through to success.
• Independent and critical thinking skills with the confidence to take initiative.
• A strong team player with a collaborative approach.
