A newly established startup operating under an active group of companies, developing an innovative platform for watching vertical-format Microdrama content short mobile-first series, Netflix-style blending high-quality video with gamified experiences and coin-earning mechanisms. The company operates in stealth mode with a live product and plans to scale globally.

Based in Tel Aviv, full-time from the office, as part of the founding team. The company is already profitable.

Role Overview:

• Founding-team opportunity to build and lead the development domain from the ground up.
• Full hands-on development in the initial stages.
• Responsibility for hiring and managing the development team as the company scales.
• End-to-end development of the company's Mobile (iOS, Android) and Web platforms (React, React Native).

Lead the AI/ML strategy, including areas such as:

• Video summarization
• Recommendation engines
• Personalization
• Automated content generation
• Define architecture and infrastructure using tools like:
• Firebase
• AWS
• CDNs
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability for tens of millions of video views.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies in video processing, mobile platforms, and AI-driven content infrastructure

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or VP of Engineering
• Background in relevant industries – Video/Media only
• Hands-on experience with React, React Native, and Mobile development
• Practical experience in publishing apps to App Store and Google Play
• 5 years of hands-on Full Stack development with Node.js, including DevOps and Production-scale systems
• Experience with at least one of the following: AI/ML, Video Processing, Recommendation Systems, or Gaming
• Proven team leadership and team-building experience (managing 12+ engineers)
• Entrepreneurial background or experience in building products from scratch
• Strong founder mindset and cultural fit for a Founding CTO role – including 100% hands-on involvement
