Your Mission

What You’ll Own

• Growth Strategy: Build and execute data-led growth plans that drive real results
• Experimentation: Launch rapid A/B tests, iterate quickly, and uncover what truly moves user behaviour
• Data and Optimization: Dive into user data, surface insights, and optimize every part of the funnel
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and data to align growth with innovation
• Retention and Lifetime Value: Design strategies that boost user loyalty and long-term value
• Voice of the Customer: Collect feedback and turn it into actionable product improvements
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive moves
• Growth Reporting: Track what matters, report outcomes, and adapt fast

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience in product growth, marketing, or similar roles focused on user acquisition and engagement
• Hands-on experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
• Strong A/B testing and experimentation background
• A user-first mindset with a deep understanding of customer behaviour
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Clear communication skills — you can tell a story with data
• Comfort in fast-paced, agile environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, Braze, or Intercom
• Knowledge of growth frameworks such as AARRR, Jobs to Be Done, or Lean Startup
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based products
