A successful global Start-Up developing advanced chips for high-speed communication, used by large data centers.

The company is located in Ramat Gan, near the train station, and operates a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day per week. The team consists of approximately 70 employees.

Role overview-

• Production Test Engineer – High-Speed Mixed-Signal ICs, part of a team specializing in high-speed mixed-signal ICs
• Responsible for executing and optimizing testing processes for high-performance mixed-signal ICs in a production environment
• Ensure adherence to strict quality standards and improve testing methodologies
• Troubleshoot bugs and failures
• Perform tests and monitoring
• Test optimization and process improvement
• Manage test equipment

Requirements-

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in production testing of high-speed mixed-signal ICs or semiconductor devices
• Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne, Advantest, or National Instruments
• Experience testing high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., SerDes) and analog mixed-signal components (e.g., ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, PLLs)
• Familiarity with testing methodologies for signal integrity, timing analysis, and power consumption in high-speed devices
• Expertise in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators
• Experience with test data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in identifying and resolving test failures
