Role in one line

Hands-on HubSpot specialist: you design, implement, and optimize CRM/marketing

automation to drive funnel performance, business, and marketing efficiency.

What you’ll do (80–90% HubSpot)

• Architecture & data: Configure objects/properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages,
• routing; enforce data hygiene & consent.
• Automation: Build/QA workflows (enrollment, re-enrollment, suppression),
• email/SMS journeys, nurtures, and SLAs.
• Acquisition → sales handoff: Own the path form/CTA → CRM → sales; monitor, fix
• breaks fast, and document.
• Content ops: Create/iterate HubSpot emails/templates, forms, and landing pages;
• run A/B tests and QA.
• Reporting: Build HubSpot dashboards (KPIs, funnels, attribution) and produce
• actionable insights.
• Integrations: Maintain syncs with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, OpenAI, BigQuery,
• Zapier/webhooks; troubleshoot errors.
• Tracking (supporting): Maintain the GA4/GTM event map; ensure conversions sync
• between HubSpot and ad platforms.

Must-haves

• 3+ years in marketing automation/CRM (B2C/B2B); strong HubSpot hands-on (workflows, lists, reports, permissions)
• Solid grasp of funnels, attribution, and data quality.
• GA4/GTM basics; disciplined UTM usage.
• Clear communication, ownership mindset, and ability to juggle deadlines.●
• Fluent English; DE/IT/ES/FR a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Shopify admin; basic Liquid/JS.
• Aircall admin
• HTML/CSS basics (emails/forms/LP tweaks).
• SEO/CRO fundamentals; understanding of lead acquisition tactics.
