As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, and maintaining the core systems and user interfaces that power our platform. This is a hands-on role that combines front-end and back-end engineering to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions. Our stack includes Python, React, TypeScript, FastAPI, and Supabase, with an emphasis on creating performant, secure, and reliable systems.

The Role

In this position, you will focus on developing both the frontend and backend systems that form the backbone of our AI-driven platform. The role involves building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces while maintaining robust backend solutions that ensure reliability and seamless integration with APIs. Working closely with Product Management, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers, you will have the opportunity to shape the platform’s architecture and actively contribute to its roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain the core architecture of our AI-driven platform, including both frontend and backend components.
• Build high-quality, responsive UIs using React and TypeScript, implementing reusable components and optimizing for performance and accessibility.
• Develop and deploy scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Python (with FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
• Research and integrate advanced technologies to ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and innovative.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development processes, from architecture design to production deployment. Yes, this means brand new pillars in the platform.
• Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer working on production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns (e.g., custom hooks, reusable components).
• Strong experience in Python for backend development, particularly with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable APIs and backend systems.
• Experience with full-stack development using Typescript and familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience with AWS for architecting and deploying applications.
• Experience with complex UI components such as chat-based systems or drag-and-drop interfaces.
