We’re looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to join from day zero and lead the technical journey.

• Shape and define, and ideate the product alongside the founding team.
• Build and own the technology roadmap, from MVP to scale.
• Lead architecture, infrastructure, and security decisions.
• Collaborate on strategy, fundraising, and partnerships.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder).

The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all technological aspects of the company. Daily tasks include managing software development (hands-on), guiding product development, setting IT strategies, and ensuring architectural integrity. The CTO will collaborate closely with other co-founders to align technology goals with the company’s overall vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development
• Strong skills in Project Management and IT Strategy
• Experience in Architecture and technical leadership
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in startup environments is a plus
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
