The Security User Research team is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to lead generative, iterative, and evaluative research in the areas of cloud security and posture.

You’ll work closely with UX Design, Research, and PM teams to understand the unique needs of security professionals and evaluate how product designs meet those needs.

🔍 Responsibilities:

🧪 Conduct user research activities: usability testing, interviews, surveys, scorecard studies, and more

📊 Deliver actionable insights to inform design decisions

🗣️ Communicate and advocate for research findings across teams

☁️ Understand product context within complex cloud infrastructure and enterprise environments

📝 Document and present research recommendations

🛠️ Collaborate with lead researchers to identify and solve usability challenges

✅ Required Qualifications:

-3+ years of hands-on user research experience in industry

-Proficiency in a variety of UX research methods

-Experience planning and executing usability tests, measuring results, and reporting findings

-Strong collaboration skills with designers and product teams

-Excellent verbal and written communication

-Ability to distill complex ideas into actionable recommendations

-MA/MS or PhD in HCI, Human Factors, or a related field

-Quick learner, able to ramp up in new domains

-Works well independently and within a team

✨ Nice to Have:

-Experience researching IT users, systems, or services

-Familiarity with remote testing tools and large-scale survey platforms

-Experience analyzing telemetry data

-Prior experience in a large-scale tech company environment
