One of our clients, a fast-growing gaming company, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Animator to join their creative team.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations and developing advanced rigging systems for characters, creatures, and objects. You will collaborate with modelers, artists, and developers to bring immersive and visually compelling gaming experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain complex rigging systems (skeletons, skinning, constraints, IK/FK setups).

Produce high-quality animations that convey weight, emotion, and realism.

Work closely with modelers and other artists to ensure rigs are optimized and production-ready.

Support integration of animations into real-time game engines (Unity/Unreal).

Troubleshoot and refine rigs and animations throughout production.

Requirements:

2–3+ years of professional experience in 3D animation and rigging.

Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max).

Strong understanding of classical animation principles and character mechanics.

Proven experience with rigging pipelines, deformation, and constraints.

Portfolio/Showreel showcasing both animation and rigging work.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in 3D modeling (characters or environments).

Knowledge of scripting for rigging automation (Python, MEL).

Experience working with real-time engines (Unity/Unreal).
