The company operates globally with 450 employees, 250 based in Israel, and raised a $262M Series C at a valuation above $2B (total funding over $500M). Located in central Israel, the company offers a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of frontend engineers.
- Take ownership of key features and architecture while maintaining hands-on coding involvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
- Tech Stack React, Cloud, Microservices
Requirements
- 6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React, including state management solutions like Redux or MobX.
- 3 years of experience leading a development team of 4+ engineers.
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and guiding technical decisions.
- Deep expertise in React and modern frontend practices.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Microfrontend architectures.
- Expertise in frontend performance tuning, including lazy loading, tree shaking, and bundle size optimization.
- Skilled in DOM rendering optimization, minimizing reflows/repaints, and improving overall UI responsiveness.
