**We are looking for a passionate and innovative Creative Campaign Strategist Lead to drive the development of creative campaign concepts across all channels. In this role, you’ll combine bold ideas with AI-driven tools to deliver impactful campaigns with faster execution and stronger results.This is not just a role for “big ideas” — it’s about building strategies that scale across channels, markets, and audiences, while keeping patient trust at the core.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end creative process: from interpreting the brief, through concept development, to campaign launch and execution.
• Create integrated campaign strategies across social, performance, influencers, OOH/DOOH, TV/radio, and experiential activations.
• Leverage AI-driven tools (such as MidJourney, Kling, OpenArt, HeyGen Runway, ChatGPT, Pika) to ideate, visualize, and produce campaign assets.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Studio, and Product teams to ensure consistency and creativity across channels.
• Stay ahead of creative and advertising trends, particularly in digital and AI.
• Turn complex healthcare topics into clear, human stories that resonate.
• Deliver campaigns that are not only creative but also strategic, data-informed, and measurable. Present and defend ideas to C-level and external partners with clarity and confidence.

Requirements
