Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales cycle: outreach, prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Leverage your network of enterprise decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CFO, VP) to open doors and build relationships.
  • Build and optimize BrainPack’s sales process from scratch, including CRM pipeline management.
  • Drive expansion with new enterprise clients and international distribution partners.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to align sales with company strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales (ERP/CRM/AI/Tech experience strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on sales ability – not just management – with examples of deals closed end-to-end.
  • Strong communication in Hebrew & English (both written and spoken).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by ownership and results, not just base salary.
  • Ability to build a sales process and drive international growth.

Nice To Have:

Experience selling into enterprise verticals such as SaaS, Finance, Manufacturing, or Government.

A strong network of decision-makers who can be leveraged for early wins.

Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
