**Your Impact

**As Marketing Activation Manager Israel, you will play a central role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth in Israel. You will manage the local marketing strategy, adapt global campaigns to the local market, and ensure GROHE’s brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Working closely with sales, distributors, and HQ teams, you will deliver impactful campaigns, product launches, digital activations, and customer events that elevate GROHE’s premium positioning and support revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Marketing & Planning
• Develop annual and mid-year marketing plans aligned with local management and HQ.
• Manage the A&P budget, monitoring monthly status and ensuring compliance.
• Prepare HQ A&P monthly forecasts and allocate expenses accordingly.
• Track KPIs (visibility, brand positioning, VA deviation) and report progress.
• Build business cases for budget requests and manage procurement in alignment with Finance.
• Brand Management & Visibility
• Ensure consistent application of GROHE’s brand across all touchpoints.
• Lead CAPEX showroom display rollouts with key distributors.
• Adapt global brand guidelines and assets (catalogues, POSM, lifestyle content) for local needs.
• Campaigns, Product Launches & Activations
• Plan and execute local and central product campaigns.
• Coordinate product launches with HQ, ensuring localization and social media alignment.
• Manage product samples, dummies, and promotional materials.
• Drive SKU activations for new products and oversee translation of website content.
• Customer & Partner Engagement
• Organize incentive tours, factory visits, and B2B customer events.
• Support distributors with marketing activities (1st and 2nd level).
• Manage sales incentive programs, partner programs, and merchandising
• Communication & Digital Marketing
• Manage local social media channels in collaboration with agencies.
• Define objectives and develop a monthly content calendar.
• Produce case studies and social media assets through project photography.
• Collaborate with influencers to expand awareness and reach.
• Track and optimize performance KPIs across digital platforms.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in marketing, brand activation, or communication roles, preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong digital marketing expertise (social media, content, influencer collaborations, KPIs tracking).
• Creative mindset combined with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
