L’OCCITANE Israel is looking for a strategic, creative, and growth-driven Marketing Manager to lead the brand across all channels.
We’re searching for someone who can build and execute comprehensive 360° marketing plans that drive sales, strengthen brand positioning, and create seamless customer experiences. A dynamic, creative leader with strong strategic thinking, a passion for learning, and the ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment for a leading global beauty brand.
Our ideal candidate can comfortably discuss both LTV performance metrics and the engagement rate on the latest TikTok video.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is the central force aligning all marketing efforts under one cohesive umbrella—messaging, creative, and promotions across all platforms. A leader who not only delegates but also thrives in hands-on work with digital tools.
Omni-Channel Strategy
Lead integrated marketing strategy across all sales channels:
• Retail stores
• In-house eCommerce website
• Wholesale partners (stores and partner websites)
Team Leadership
• Manage and develop the in-house marketing coordinator (social, paid media, influencers)
• Lead all external marketing partners (paid advertising, PR, graphic design)
Campaign Planning & Execution
• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans
• Oversee day-to-day execution of campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Ensure unified messaging and creative across platforms
Performance & Data
• Analyze marketing performance across channels with a focus on key business KPIs
• Optimize campaigns and activations based on data-driven insights
Global Brand Alignment
• Ongoing collaboration with the global brand team
• Adaptation and translation of global assets
• Ensuring brand consistency in tone, visuals, and communication
📝 Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (Marketing track), or related field
• 3+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year of direct team management
• Strong business acumen combined with creativity and deep understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior
• Proven experience with complex, multi-channel consumer brands (B2C)
• Experience across multiple advertising platforms
• Strong Canva skills (presentations, briefs, visuals)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4
• Fast, independent learning ability, including effective use of AI tools
Languages
• Hebrew: Excellent level, including copywriting, storytelling, and content adaptation per channel/category
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication – required for working with the global HQ
⭐ Advantages
• Experience with: Shopify, Comax, Monday
• Background in the cosmetics / beauty industry
• Experience in retail environments

The role is hybrid and dynamic:
• 3 days per week at the office in Nir Zvi
• 2 days working from home
• Occasional store visits or partner meetings outside the office
