About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Global HR Digital & Innovation Manager to elevate the future of HR technology in our organization. This role will lead the design, testing, and implementation of innovative HR technologies, including AI, automation, chatbots, and next-generation tools that will reshape how HR operates and delivers value.

You will champion a digital-first culture across HR, positioning the function at the forefront of technology and innovation. Acting as the bridge between HR, IT, and external partners, you will ensure that new solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and impactful.

This Role has no direct reports and reports to the Head of Global HR Analytics & Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and implement advanced HR technologies (AI, automation, digital workflows, chatbots, predictive tools).
• Lead pilot programs and manage global rollouts of innovative platforms and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure integration, adoption, and business impact.
• Develop business cases, define KPIs, and measure the ROI of innovation initiatives.
• Stay ahead of emerging HR tech trends, acting as an internal advisor and digital thought leader.
• Promote a culture of digital adoption and innovation within the HR community.
• Oversee setup, configuration, and integration of new HR digital tools within the global HR ecosystem.
• Ensure seamless connectivity across HR platforms, enhancing employee and manager experience.
• Support global consistency while allowing flexibility for local HR needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HR technology, digital transformation, or HR innovation in complex, global environments.
• Proven success delivering digital HR initiatives (AI, automation, chatbot, or workflow solutions).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how to digitize and improve them.
• Skilled at leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority.
• Innovative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and passion for the future of work.
• Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency as a SuccessFactors system architect is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English
