It’s a smart, insight-driven optimization platform that analyses tons of ads data and turns it into real-time recommendations and insights for publishers. This tech is one of the reasons we were ranked by Globes as one of the Top 50 fastest-growing companies in Israel in 2023.

We’re looking for a Team Leader to head the R&D team building this core product.

What you will do:

• Lead a full-stack global team.
• Architect and build high-scale, data-centric web systems
• Be a hands-on leader: code when needed, unblock, mentor, and push forward
• Collaborate with product managers who work hand-in-hand with our performance teams
• Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability

What we need:

• 5+ years of development experience
• 3+ years leading large development teams
• Strong backend skills with a microservices mindset using Node.js
• Solid experience with React and frontend architecture
• Comfortable working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Passion for building products that drive business value
• Clean coder, great communicator, and proactive leader
• Advantage - Experience with Python
• Advantage - working in scale with big amounts of Data.
