MyHeritage is seeking a Senior BI Developer with a strong analytical mindset and deep technical expertise to lead analytical efforts across our online marketing landscape. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights, with a focus on performance marketing domains such as Google Search (PPC), Social Media Advertising, Affiliate & Partnership Marketing, and Influencer Campaigns.

As a key member of the BI & Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing analytical tools and data pipelines that influence marketing strategies and outcomes. With tens of millions of users worldwide, your work will have a direct and measurable impact on MyHeritage’s growth.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end BI lifecycle for online marketing channels — from data modeling to dashboard delivery
• Design and implement data pipelines and ETLs to ingest and harmonize campaign data from multiple marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Taboola, Impact) Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau or Looker to track KPIs such as CAC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and attribution metrics
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships teams to translate business goals into analytics and measurement strategies Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign effectiveness, audience behavior, funnel performance, and attribution
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all BI assets and reports
• Stay informed on trends in digital marketing analytics, measurement frameworks, and marketing tech stacks

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on BI experience in consumer-facing online environments (B2C or B2B2C)
• Proven expertise in digital marketing datasets and platforms
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT, Talend) and data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery)
• Strong track record of driving insights from marketing performance data, attribution models, cohort analysis, and segmentation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings with marketing teams
• Experience in Python for data manipulation and automation — advantage
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel) — a plus
