📊 What you’ll spend your time on

Trafficking & QA

• Build campaigns, line items, budgets, pacing/frequency, geo, inventory, allow/deny lists, brand-safety & suitability controls.
• Implement/validate pixels and server-side events; uphold UTM and naming conventions; verify measurement tags (IAS/DV etc).
• Run creative QA for specs, macros, click-throughs, viewability, and contextual suitability checks.

Delivery & Optimization

• Monitor flight health and pacing daily; troubleshoot under-delivery, supply path issues, and creative rejections.
• Optimize to KPI via bids, supply, audiences, and context-aware creative tests that adapt in real time.
• Design lightweight A/B → A/Infinity experiments; log changes and lift.

Reporting & Insights

• Produce weekly dashboards and mid-/post-flight analyses with clear next steps; reconcile delivery & cost; maintain runbooks.
• Surface insights on which contexts/tones/messages resonate and feed them back into live decisioning.

👩‍💻 Capabilities

• 2–5+ years in Ad Ops/Campaign Management at a DSP/agency/ad-tech platform.
• Hands-on with one or more DSPs (e.g., TTD, DV360, Xandr); familiarity with SSPs, brand-safety/verification, and tag managers.
• Strong grasp of pixels, S2S tracking, attribution windows, deduplication, and consent signals.
• Analytical chops (Excel/Sheets; bonus for SQL-lite) and crisp client-facing communication.
• Detail-first QA mindset and bias to action when diagnosing delivery/performance.
• A graph experience for inference surge control.
