About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. This is a hybrid position, with our offices located on HaMered Street, Tel Aviv.

In this role, you’ll take part in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations and support accounting processes across a global fintech environment. You’ll work closely with the financial controller and gain exposure to the fast-paced world of digital assets and financial technology.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording income, expenses, and journal entries.
• Handle reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and credit card statements.
• Prepare working papers for income, expenses, accruals, and other accounting reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants/auditors as needed.

The Perfect Candidate

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or higher.
• Experience in bookkeeping within high-tech or fintech companies.
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP and Hashavshevet.
• Basic English (reading and writing) – required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a sense of ownership.
• Additional experience preparing income/expense reports and accrual work papers – a significant advantage.
• A proactive and reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
