The Role

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance Department. In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions, support monthly and quarterly closing processes, maintain organized financial records, assist with payroll reconciliation and ensure accuracy across accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements:

• IL Bookkeeper Type 2 (minimum) Certification
• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeper experience managing multiple entities (IL + US a must)
• Super User / Admin of Netsuite, Mesh, Brex, Dokka, Navan
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
• Business Professional English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred (nice-to-have):

• Experience at a startup or high-growth company
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - preferred
• AI Adoptor! Familiarity with automation tools or financial systems integrations
• Experience supporting finance operations, FP&A, or compliance
• Interest in continuous improvement and building scalable financial processes

Responsibilities**

• :Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the company’s financial system
• sRecord and reconcile daily transactions (AP, AR, payroll entries, expenses, bank/credit card activity, expense reimbursements
• )Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment trackin
• gReconcile monthly bank, credit card, and vendor account
• sSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportin
• gAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysi
• sPrepare financial summaries for leadership and operations team
• sMonitor compliance with internal processes and financial control
• sWork closely with external accountants, auditors, and vendor
• sSupport special projects and process improvements within the Finance & Ops tea
