The Role

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to work closely with our external CPA and support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations in Israel, with exposure to U.S. activity.

This role is a great fit for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and curious - someone who wants to grow inside a fast-moving e-commerce company and take real ownership over the numbers.

What You’ll Do

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping operations of Israeli LTDs and US LLCs
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, receipts, and expenses
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements
• Support VAT, income tax, and statutory filings in Israel
• Work closely with the CPA on Israeli and U.S. reporting
• Maintain accurate records and help improve accounting processes

Must have:

• Bookkeeper certification (Level 2 or higher)
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with U.S. companies and/or e-commerce - advantage
• Experience with accounting systems (Priority / SAP B1 - advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility

Job scope:

• 60%-100% position based in our central Tel Aviv office (flexible hybrid working model with 1 day per week from home)
