We at Edikted are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting various accounting processes in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bookkeeping operations under the supervision of the Head Accountant.
- Record journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage petty cash and prepare payments to international suppliers.
- Process supplier invoices and perform reconciliations for suppliers, credit cards, banks, and intercompany accounts.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and reports.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite- must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Certified Bookkeeping Levels 1+2.
- Strong command of Excel.
- Experience working in an international company- an advantage.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
- Full-time position with a hybrid work model (1-2 days from home).
