Bookkeeper – Tel Aviv
A technology and services company based in Tel Aviv is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for an independent and hands-on role within the finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities
- Processing vendor invoices, bank reconciliations, credit card transactions, and customer accounts
- Handling employee expenses and travel expense reports
- Issuing customer invoices and monitoring payments
- Working closely with the company’s CPA and management
- Preparing monthly and periodic reports, budget tracking, and financial monitoring
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping certification Level 2/3 – mandatory
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Priority accounting software – mandatory
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of responsibility, accuracy, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English – mandatory
