We are seeking a Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and work closely with the R&D group. This role is part of our Tier 3–4 support layer, providing advanced technical support and ensuring smooth resolution of complex customer issues.

You’ll collaborate directly with field engineers, analyze problems, identify solutions, and escalate to development only when necessary. This is not a DevOps position, but rather a senior technical support / advanced troubleshooting function.

This position offers a hybrid work model – two days a week from home, with the office located in Or Yehuda.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 3–4 support for complex customer issues.
• Analyze problems, reproduce issues, and deliver clear resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the development team.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, and product teams.
• Investigate telephony and VoIP-related issues (SIP protocols, call flows, etc.).
• Work with both Windows and Linux environments.
• Support and troubleshoot cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or advanced troubleshooting roles – mandatory.
• Proven experience with VoIP / SIP / telephony – mandatory.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure – mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – mandatory.
• Experience in investigating and solving network issues using tools like Wireshark – mandatory.
• Advantage: Experience with Kubernetes, Python/JavaScript, Contact Center/IVR solutions, or voice recognition technologies.
