We’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Team Leader to manage and guide our internal support center, delivering top-notch service to employees across the organization.

💡 What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the technical support team, including onboarding, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Supervise team operations, handle complex issues, and ensure optimal service delivery
• Monitor service performance, analyze reports, and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to maintain effective cross-functional workflows
• Identify recurring issues, lead improvement initiatives, and drive efficiency
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations to share insights and performance metrics

🛠 Requirements:

✔ Previous experience managing an internal technical support team (please indicate team size)

✔ Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent tasks

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ Hours of operation: 07:00–17:00
