Job Description:

• User Support & Troubleshooting: Providing day-to-day technical support for employees (both on-site and remote), resolving issues related to devices, software, connectivity, and access.
• Device Setup & Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (Windows/Mac), including software deployment and updates.
• Network Support: Assisting with the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of wired/wireless networks, VPNs, and basic networking issues.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Preparing IT equipment, accounts, and access rights for new employees, and properly handling device retrieval and access removal for departing staff.
• System Monitoring: Supporting the monitoring of infrastructure and network performance, escalating issues when necessary, and assisting with routine maintenance tasks.
• Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Helping to track IT equipment, stock levels, and working with vendors on hardware/software purchases and repairs.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintaining internal IT knowledge baseing troubleshooting steps, and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) preferred.

● 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related role.

● Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Mac endpoints.

● Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).

● Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and common enterprise collaboration tools.

● Exposure to server environments (Linux/Unix & Windows) and virtualization is a plus.

● Interest in IT infrastructure and networking, with a willingness to learn and grow.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.

● Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
