We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented IT Technician to join our global IT organization. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, conference rooms, and collaboration tools across Windows & macOS environments. You will also support internal company events and ensure smooth and reliable IT operations for employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for laptops, desktops, and workstations across Windows & macOS.
• Peripheral Management: Install, configure, and maintain docking stations, monitors, webcams, keyboards, mice, headsets, printers, and specialty equipment. Manage peripheral inventory, compatibility, and standardization.
• Networking & Connectivity: Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and shared network resources.
• Conference Room & Event Support: Setup, test, and maintain video conferencing and audio systems (Teams / Zoom Rooms).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update knowledge base articles, and track cases in the ITSM platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
• Understanding of hardware components, imaging, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through to resolution.

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Zoom/Teams meeting rooms or AV systems.
• ITSM experience (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or equivalent certifications.
• 1–2 years in a Helpdesk / Field Technician role.
