Location: Ramat Gan, Israel
Spacecom, a leading satellite communications company, is looking for an Administrative Manager to oversee and manage the company’s administrative and operational functions.
This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the office, ensuring efficient workflows, professional support to management and employees, and maintaining a high standard of organizational excellence.
The position requires a professional and polished presence, close collaboration with the executive management team, and interaction with the Board of Directors.
Job Description
· Manage all administrative aspects of the company’s offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
· Handle procurement processes end-to-end — from supplier engagement and price negotiation through purchase orders, invoice processing, and payments.
· Provide ongoing operational support to various departments, ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution.
· Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and administrative documentation.
· Oversee welfare and employee well-being activities, including events, gifts, and internal communications.
· Maintain vendor relationships and lead negotiations to achieve best terms and service levels.
· Support HR-related processes such as attendance tracking, benefits coordination, and employee inquiries.
· Manage office logistics — facilities, supplies, vehicles, and maintenance contracts.
· Drive a culture of service orientation, teamwork, and organizational commitment across employees.
· Initiate improvements in administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
· Full staffing of the front desk and availability for incoming calls.
· Proven experience (3+ years) in office administration, procurement, or operational coordination roles.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Experience in negotiation and vendor management.
· Strong service orientation and teamwork mindset.
· Creative thinking, positive and inspiring attitude, and ability to energize and motivate others.
· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Priority – an advantage).
· Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· High level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
· Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
