Plexus has partnered with the world’s first DeoBank — a decentralised on-chain bank revolutionizing how traditional finance and crypto converge. They’re scaling fast, with 5 live products and over 70,000 users in under a year, and are now seeking a strategic Head of Finance to help steer their financial future and support their rapid global growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to guide strategic decisions.

• Oversee liquidity, treasury, and cash flow management across fiat and crypto.

• Implement and automate reconciliation, controls, and compliance systems.

• Partner with product and engineering to align financial strategy with growth goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance in a high growth FinTech (Experience within a crypto or Web3 company is a plus).

• Strong expertise in treasury, liquidity, and financial systems implementation.

• Deep understanding of revenue models, reporting, and financial compliance.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
