Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Controller / Finance Manager – First Role after Big 4 at Baseline Business Solutions. The position is primarily based in Herzliya or Yokneam, with some work from home acceptable. The Controller / Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and managing accounting functions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills, and experience in Finance
• Experience and understanding of Accounting principles and practices
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPA with internship experience at Big 4 (preferably manager position in tech or multinational clients)
• Experience with financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
