We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales activity in a fast-growing tech staffing and recruitment company.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with mid-size and enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and match them with the right staffing solutions.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and sales reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with measurable success.
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in tech recruitment or HR services – a strong advantage.
• Independent, data-driven, and focused on results.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel for client meetings when needed.
