We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our international finance team.

In this role, you will take ownership of financial operations for several foreign subsidiaries, manage monthly closings, and ensure full compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support strategic finance projects that drive our global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and reporting for assigned subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and support local finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual audits, providing schedules, explaining variances, and resolving auditor queries.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax, and statutory filing requirements.
• Prepare annual financial statements and statutory returns.
• Maintain and improve NetSuite ERP workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Manage transfer-pricing calculations (quarterly and annual) and support intercompany reconciliations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the finance department.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with up to 3 years of total experience in a public accounting firm (including internship) - must
• Solid IFRS knowledge - must
• Prior experience with NetSuite ERP - strong advantage
• Fluent English (spoken & written) - must
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, global environment.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
