In this role, you’ll:

• Be the trusted advisor for enterprise customers (BFSI) , including Fortune 500 customers
• Lead technical onboarding, adoption, and POCs
• Partner with global sales teams to drive growth and retention
• Deliver impact, value, and world-class service every single day
• Partner closely with Professional Services to deliver seamless implementations

Requirments:

If you’re passionate about cybersecurity, people, and problem-solving, this is your chance to join an energetic team where your voice matters and your expertise drives success.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity customer success, technical account management, or sales engineering, with global enterprise/Fortune 500 accounts
• Strong technical background in networking, incident response, or security architecture design
• Proven experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical and executive stakeholders
• Experience working in startup environments, with the ability to be independent, resourceful, and adaptable
