We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Manager for the Asia Desk at IAI’s Missile and Space Systems Division.

The position includes:

• Marketing and sales of advanced systems across land, sea, air, and space domains, including missiles, defense systems, satellites, and other state-of-the-art technologies.

• Leading sales processes with division customers, preparing marketing and sales plans, and executing them through contract signature.

• Identifying opportunities, building and managing a multi-year sales pipeline, and aligning it with the division’s plants.

• Taking an active role in the business process, developing winning strategies, and building expertise within the ecosystem across assigned territories.

• Establishing and maintaining long-term working relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering – required

• At least 8 years of experience leading international sales processes with government bodies, military organizations, or large corporations – required

• Willingness to travel abroad frequently (at least once a month) – required

• Strong system-wide perspective and ability to lead cross-organizational business activities while managing multiple interfaces simultaneously

• Experience in marketing and selling defense products in Asia – an advantage

• High technical understanding of defense systems/products – significant advantage

• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required

Good to know:

The Missile and Space Systems Division designs, develops, and delivers cutting-edge solutions in missile systems, space technologies, communications, and navigation. In this role, you will play a key part in leading the sales process for all IAI products within the division.
