About the role:

• Define and design new and existing processes and products from concept to full implementation

• Build end-to-end process mapping, including identification of cross-organizational impacts on service, sales, operations, and digital channels

• Plan and implement structured work methodologies – clear phases, goals, and deliverables

• Write business and system requirements and transfer them to relevant stakeholders (project managers, technology, digital)

• Collaborate closely with managers and senior executives across the division and the company to ensure alignment and agreements

• Monitor implementation and ensure achievement of desired outcomes in processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management

• At least 2 years of proven experience in organizational methods and/or leading cross-organizational processes

• Experience in business process analysis and project leadership in large organizations- significant advantage

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior executives

• Analytical skills, systemic thinking, and broad business understanding

• Strong leadership, prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines
