As the bridge between clients and our R&D team, you’ll drive POCs, ideation sessions, and project scoping, ensuring that every engagement delivers technical and strategic value.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the technical point of contact for customers from ideation to delivery.
• Understand client needs and translate them into detailed research plans and project scopes.
• Define requirements, deliverables, and success metrics for POCs and research engagements.
• Lead proof-of-concept development, exploring and validating new offensive or defensive approaches.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team to align expectations and ensure technical excellence.
• Communicate findings and technical context clearly to both customers and internal teams.
• Share lessons learned, insights, and best practices to continuously improve our process.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity (research, consulting, or pre/post-sales).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with technical stakeholders.
• Strong foundation in software security, OS internals, or reverse engineering.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical topics to both engineers and customers.
• Experience designing or managing POCs and technical research engagements.
• Familiarity with AI applications in cybersecurity is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python and/or C is an advantage.
• Understanding of vulnerabilities, exploitation, and research tools (IDA, Ghidra, Frida, Wireshark, QEMU, etc.).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
