About the role

The ELINT Directorate at ELTA (IAI) is seeking a Business Project Manager to lead large-scale ELINT system programs from initiation through delivery and transition to maintenance.

This is a strategic, multidisciplinary role involving project leadership, financial oversight, and coordination across engineering, production, and business teams in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex development, production, and delivery projects of ELINT systems valued at tens of millions of dollars.
• Manage contractual and financial aspects with global customers and subcontractors.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams and ensure coordination across ELTA divisions.
• Track schedules, budgets, procurement processes, and risk management activities.
• Drive project profitability, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science – must.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or system engineering for large-scale (>$20M) development programs – must.
• Proven experience in defense or military industries – strong advantage.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) – must.
• M.Sc. or MBA – advantage.
• Experience managing international defense customers – advantage.
• Familiarity with ELINT or radar systems – advantage.
• Experience in business development or pre-sale activities – advantage.
