Role Overview:

As a Marketing Ops Manager, you will be responsible for the technical side of marketing to help marketing scale, help marketing take more decisions based on numbers, and execute our ABM marketing strategy, including: leading and being accountable for our CRM (Hubspot) operation to facilitate clean database and decrees high-touch maintenance with workflows and automations, building and operating the SDR applications to improve efficacy, build reports and dashboard for sales and marketing to enhance decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage our CRM (HubSpot) to maintain a clean, organized, and actionable marketing-sales database.
• Streamline the flow of prospects, leads, and customer signals into HubSpot to ensure full funnel visibility.
• Design and implement SDR workflows to improve productivity, reduce manual errors, and increase conversions.
• Design and build an invoicing system on HubSpot, including facilitating collaboration with our R&D team throughout the process.
• Build scalable outbound prospecting systems and tools to fuel lead generation.
• Automate manual processes using HubSpot Workflows, integration platforms (e.g., Make), and API connections.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for both marketing and sales teams.
• Lead data compliance initiatives in collaboration with our external legal partners to ensure alignment with global regulations.
• Implement regular data cleansing and validation procedures (e.g., email and phone verification) to maintain high data quality.
• Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and campaign orchestration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using HubSpot, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
• Understanding of data hygiene practices and experience in maintaining CRM data accuracy and integrity.
• Proficiency with marketing and sales tech stacks; eager to explore and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• (Optional) Familiarity with APIs and the ability to execute integrations using custom code.
