Join one of Israel’s leading insurance company, to the Cross-Systems Department is responsible for critical core systems that support the entire organization and collaborates closely with multiple business and technology units. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a central system, manage a talented technical team, and drive organization-wide processes and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a technology team responsible for a key organizational system
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor team tasks while ensuring delivery on time and within scope
• Manage cross-departmental interfaces and align task execution with other teams
• Prepare annual and quarterly budgets and work plans aligned with company strategy
• Oversee vendor management and external technology partners
• Initiate and lead operational improvements and system performance enhancements
• Define work procedures and maintain team-wide standardization
• Manage organizational reporting processes (quarterly and annual)
• Oversee documentation, prepare presentations, and present findings to management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Team Lead- Must
• Proven experience in system analyst / technological project manager - Must
• Broad technological understanding across information systems, infrastructure, and DevOps- Must
• Hands-on experience managing a technical team in a multi-stakeholder environment- Must
• Proficiency with task management tools (Jira, Monday) - Must
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data and performance reporting - Must
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a strong service-oriented mindset - Must
• Experience in large organizations, government, defense, or financial institutions - Advantage
• Proven experience leading cross-organizational projects - Advantage
• Academic degree in Information Systems or a related field - Advantage
• Previous background in software development - Advantage
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, etc.) - Advantage
