Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for managing the entire tender response process:
- Identifying relevant tenders
- Assessing organizational fit
- Coordinating and preparing required materials
- Pricing and submitting proposals
- Preparing high-quality marketing presentations tailored to tender requirements
- Leading and overseeing the end-to-end tender process, including working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Drafting clarification questions and thoroughly reviewing legal and tender documents.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree – mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with tenders involving public and governmental bodies – significant advantage
- Experience preparing marketing presentations and working with graphic tools – advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong writing skills and ability to work independently
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to lead complex processes
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Location
- The office is located in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the 'Ben Gurion' light rail station
