🚀 We’re hiring – Senior / Lead Web Developer (Angular)

We’re looking for a hands-on Angular expert to lead the development of advanced digital products for the bank’s business clients.

In this role, you’ll drive front-end excellence, mentor developers, and take part in shaping modern web solutions in a large-scale agile environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and development of cutting-edge Angular (v20) applications
• Work with RxJS, Angular Signals, SCSS, and Reactive Forms
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and cross-functional agile teams
• Write technical design documents and conduct code reviews
• Work with tools like GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA, Splunk
• Contribute to DevOps processes and explore AI-based development tools

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience leading or driving complex technological projects
• Deep expertise in Angular and modern web development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
• Passion for innovation, clean code, and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, digital platforms, and modernization architectures
