Navigation Systems Engineer | Yehud | IAI

We are looking for a System Engineer to lead the navigation knowledge aspect of an innovative inertial navigation system development project, spanning land, sea, and air platforms.

The position includes:

• Leading the engineering aspects of the project from requirements gathering and specification to delivery to customers

• Managing development and integration processes in a matrix structure with diverse teams including software, algorithms, and mechanics

• Writing and defining engineering documentation

• Defining system-level design specifications

• Guiding integration and testing on different platforms in the laboratory and at customer sites

• Analyzing system performance and leading operational and technical investigations

• Participating in field trials in Israel and abroad

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering – required

• 3+ years of experience in navigation system development or integration – required

• Experience with inertial navigation system development – significant advantage
