We are looking for an Executive Assistant

This position is part of the firm’s headquarters in Tel Aviv and includes:

• Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings
• Coordinating with senior management and various stakeholders
• Handling phone and email correspondence
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, including time and expense reporting
• Managing meetings and data entry in the CRM system

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in calendar management or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Teams
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and time management skills
