about the role: we’re seeking a sharp, data-driven programmatic trader to join a fast-growing ad-tech company with its own in-house dsp platform. this role combines analytical thinking, performance optimization, and creative problem-solving in a dynamic digital environment.

what you’ll do: • execute buying (bid-win) strategies across digital media campaigns. • manage campaign setup and daily programmatic trading via our proprietary dsp. • monitor campaign pacing and budget performance – adjusting creatives, bids, targeting, and sources as needed. • conduct daily performance reports and analysis from multiple systems and tools. • provide data-based insights and actionable optimization recommendations.

requirements: 🎓 bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, economy, or mathematics – required 📊 2+ years of trading experience in capital markets or the ad-tech industry – required 💡 strong financial and analytical mindset with proven data interpretation skills 📈 proven ability to make decisions based on analytical data from web and internal tools 🤝 team player with curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail 🎯 experience in campaign management – advantage
