We are looking for a Strategic Proposals Manager to lead business development activities for the Maritime Patrol and Naval Warfare Aircraft division at ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Leading organizational activity and business development for the Maritime Patrol and Naval Warfare Aircraft division.

• Building and controlling business development plans, partnerships, and division growth.

• Leading marketing processes from opportunity identification through the sales process.

• Managing bids, including business meetings and handling technical and financial proposals.

• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration – an advantage.

• 3+ years of experience in business development and marketing of technological products for military/defense systems – mandatory.

• Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory.

• Technical background in airborne systems – significant advantage.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration – advantage.

• Experience in negotiation management – advantage.

• High proficiency in English.
