Webz.io is seeking an Office & Employee Experience Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our growing team.

We’re looking for the perfect addition to our team — an Office & Employee Experience Manager who combines professionalism, positive spirit, and a can-do approach that helps everything (and everyone) work better together.

This is a maternity leave replacement role that blends operations, people experience, and a touch of IT and finance — perfect for someone who enjoys making things run smoothly and fosters a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Keep our office running smoothly — from working with suppliers, and vendors to daily logistics and employee support.
• Welcome new team members and lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Work closely with the Finance/HR team on purchases, budgets, expense reports, and company credit cards.
• Take care of basic IT needs — order and track equipment, solve small issues, and coordinate with our IT partner.
• Coordinate travel logistics — flights, hotels, and expense tracking.
• Oversee the planning and execution of company events and employee-experience programs, such as happy hours, holiday gifts, outdoor activities, and team-bonding experiences.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a hi-tech or startup environment.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• A proactive, dependable, and positive team player with a “get-things-done” mindset.
• Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week from our amazing office.
• Availability to start in early/mid November 2025.
