Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Team Lead based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some work from home acceptable. The Salesforce Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. The role includes managing a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce applications. The Team Lead will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives and strategies.

Qualifications

• Information Technology and Technical Support skills
• Team Management and Team Leadership experience
• Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Salesforce administration and development
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer are a plus
