In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of our European portfolio and product strategies, ensuring strong alignment with ADAMA’s global approach. You will work closely with regulatory, development, and commercial teams to define market priorities, identify growth opportunities, and bring innovative new products to market.

Serve as a key interface between regional and global product strategy, ensuring effective communication, insight sharing, and collaboration across countries and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead European portfolio segmentation for assigned crops, segments, or products.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, ensuring country alignment through effective CSS Team leadership.
• Lead portfolio reviews with key markets and global teams.
• Design new products for the pipeline — defining their value proposition, features, benefits, and strategic relevance.
• Manage the full product life cycle, collaborating with regulatory, development, and marketing functions.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and regional developments to guide strategic decisions.
• Build and assess business plans for new products, supporting pricing and positioning strategies.
• Oversee product launches, monitor performance, and ensure post-launch success.
• Support EAME S&OP and commercial committees by providing strategic product insights.
• Contribute to third-party negotiations and partnerships aligned with ADAMA’s global strategy.
• Engage with external market influencers, including industry associations, regulatory bodies, and grower groups.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in Product Management or Portfolio Management within Crop Protection (fungicides preferred but not essential).
• Strong understanding of southern European markets and key regional crops.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills across global and regional teams.
• Ability to balance long-term portfolio strategy with hands-on execution.
