In the role of Regulatory Intelligence Manager EMEA, you’ll act as a trusted regulatory advisor to the EMEA Portfolio Solutions Leadership Team. You’ll provide critical intelligence on active substances and formulated products, monitor regulatory risks and opportunities, and support ideation and innovation decisions that shape Nufarm’s future portfolio. Working closely with regional and global regulatory teams, you’ll help translate complex EU legislation and policy trends into clear, actionable insights for the business.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

• Advise senior management on regulatory matters related to active substances and formulated products across the EMEA portfolio.
• Provide high-quality regulatory intelligence to support portfolio ideation, innovation, development, and defence activities.
• Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory risks, opportunities, and status of active substances impacting the Nufarm portfolio.
• Act as a key point of contact for EMEA product project teams, providing intelligence on products and competitor activities using public-domain information.
• Interpret and apply Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 and other relevant EU legislation to support strategic portfolio management.
• Leverage insights from crop protection associations and external networks to influence strategic discussions and business decisions.
• Build strong partnerships with internal regulatory networks and external consultants to continuously strengthen regulatory expertise.

Could This Be You?

We’re looking for a highly experienced regulatory professional with deep expertise in EU plant protection legislation, particularly Regulation (EC) 1107/2009. You’ll bring 10–15 years of regulatory experience, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical and legislative topics into clear business-focused insights. A university degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or a related field is required, along with strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global organization.
