Job Description: Product Manager – LI & LBI Solutions (B2G)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our Lawful Interception (LI) and Location-Based Intelligence (LBI) product lines.

This role requires a strong combination of strategic product thinking, deep technical understanding, and hands-on collaboration in a government-oriented (B2G) environment.

You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, translating operational and regulatory requirements into product capabilities, and ensuring successful delivery of complex intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for LI and LBI solutions, aligned with market needs, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Gather, analyze, and translate operational, technical, and legal requirements from government and law enforcement customers into clear product specifications.
• Work closely with R&D, system engineering, operations, sales, and support teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Define product requirements, features, and technical specifications based on customer feedback and industry best practices.
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert for LI and LBI solutions for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Support pre-sales and customer-facing activities, including technical presentations, requirement discussions, and solution positioning.
• Ensure products comply with legal, regulatory, security, and privacy requirements relevant to lawful interception and location intelligence domains.
• Manage relationships with government clients, ensuring a high level of service, support, and communication.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications is a plus.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in LI, LBI, telecom, intelligence, or security-related solutions.
• Strong understanding of cellular and network technologies (LTE, 5G, signaling, IP networks) and their application in LI and LBI systems.
• Experience working in a B2G environment, including familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and security constraints – a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with government and law enforcement customers.
• Ability to operate in a complex, multidisciplinary, and fast-paced environment.
